Our Vision

Actively promoting archaeology, history and culture to a broad and diverse range of people.

To educate people about archaeology, history and culture in the past and present while promoting these disciplines into the future. We do this by:

Promoting preservation of archaeology, history and culture through conservation of sites, objects and data,
Promoting the use of current methods,
Collecting and disseminating information, and
Encouraging education in the fields of archaeology, history and culture.

Invitations to free monthly zoom presentations from September to April (local, national and international speakers and topics),
Invitation to annual summer field trip (local and interprovincial),
Invitation to annual summer barbeque and local activity,
Subscription to monthly (approx.) issues of the renowned Catlinite newsletter, and
Occasional opportunities to volunteer, travel to international archaeological sites (at your own cost!), and generally learn more about a fascinating field!
